Knitting Background
			I have been machine knitting since 1986. Although I have several electronic machines, I specialize in patterns for punchcard and manual machines. My patterns and articles have been published in 'The Carriage Trade', 'Machine Knitters Source', 'Canada's Fashion Machine', 'Machine Knitting Monthly', 'News & Views', 'Knitwords', 'DAK Link' and countless newsletters. I teach workshops regularly for Cardiknits, demonstrate at their annual seminar in Hamilton, Ontario every April and occasionally at other seminars plus I demonstrate regularly for several local machine knitting clubs. This dress was designed in DesignaKnit and knit on the Studio 370 fine gauge with Silk City wool crepe. The seams of the bodice were hand beaded with white pearls and blue seedbeads.
